And I am committed to helping people who’ve experienced Complex Trauma and/or Substance Use reclaim the power in their lives.
I use a mix of skills in how I help people. I am certified in Brainspotting and Safe and Sound Protocol. I also use some of the more traditional talk therapy that people think of when they generally think of going to counseling. Ultimately, it’s about you and what helps you.
